BAND LOCKDOWN
DAY RATE:
$2500
(includes overnight storage for raisers, monitors, band gear, playback system, and belongings)
EVENT LOCKDOWN
DAY RATE:
$6000
Private and corporate events, birthday parties, holiday parties, pop-up events, and fashion shows (12 hour day).
*An additional $250 cleaning fee is required for event lockdown.

DETAILS
Please note that set up and cleanup must be completed within your rental timeframe. As we may have another rental scheduled right after yours, we kindly ask that you leave on time to be considerate to other renters. Additionally, it is your responsibility to return all furniture to its original location before leaving.
*We have a strict no-smoking policy in our building, and we kindly ask all renters to comply with this rule.
